The Saigontourist Hospitality College (STHC) is a post-secondary institution that seeks to provide students with hands-on training in the hospitality and tourism industry. STHC was established as a basic tourism and hotel school in September 15, 1989. It was later upgraded to an official college. While the school is a member of the Saigontourist Holding Company, it is a public college. The school reports the government of Vietnam, but works independently.

On the morning of December 16, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training held the Closing and Awarding Ceremony for the first Ho Chi Minh City Vocational Skills Competition and the "Self-Made Training Equipment" Contest 2025.
On the evening of November 23rd, students from the Executive Chef class along with teachers from Saigontourist Hospitality College attended the official press conference for the "100 Flavors – Michelin-Starred Chef" Culinary Week at La Vela Saigon Hotel.
