The 10th Young Chef Competition 2024 - 2025

On the morning of April 16, 2025, the final round of the 10th 'Young Chef' competition organized by the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City took place at Saigontourist Hospitality College, gathering 125 teams from high schools and vocational training centers across the city, an increase of 30% compared to last year.

To equip the contestants with the necessary skills before the competition, the training round of the "Young Chef" competition took place from April 10 to April 11, 2025 at Saigontourist Hospitality College. Contestants directly experienced practical activities such as preparing "Tricolor Fried Chicken Wings" and mixing summer drinks. The special highlight of the training session was the inspirational sharing session "Secrets, Revealing the Exam" directly instructed by the Head of the Department of Culinary Arts of Saigontourist Hospitality College. Practical experiences and psychological "tricks" to help overcome the stressful vocational exam have given more motivation, confidence and passion to students who want to pursue the culinary field. The training round also focused on developing professional style, problem-solving ability, and cooperative spirit - essential factors for development in the modern service industry.
