This was a special activity aimed at combining F&B (food and beverage) skills with the ability to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to creating culinary art images—a new trend in the modern service industry.

During the program, students gained in-depth knowledge through demonstrations by F&B field experts.

Ms. Lưu Đào Khánh Bảo – a mixology expert from Lý Gia Viên One Member Limited Liability Company – introduced the art of Mixology with techniques for creating mocktails following Christmas trends, while also updating the latest information about the mixology industry in Vietnam.

This content helped learners better understand the art of recipe creation, ingredient properties, and aesthetic standards in modern mixology.

Within the program framework, Saigontourist Hospitality College organized a seminar titled "Exploring the Power of AI in Creating Culinary Art Images," helping students correctly understand and apply AI tools in editing, designing, and creating images of food and beverages.

This activity helps learners develop their personal and professional style, and express a "smart culinary" mindset – a combination of craftsmanship and modern technology. This is one of STHC's pioneering activities in integrating AI into F&B vocational training.

Ms. Võ Thị Mỹ Vân – the Principal – shared: "The service and tourism industry is rapidly changing under the influence of technology. Learners not only need excellent skills but also creativity and the ability to adapt to new trends.

Integrating AI, Mixology, and Chocolate Art into extracurricular activities demonstrates STHC's modern training orientation. The college is committed to building a practical learning environment, helping students prepare for integration into both domestic and international labor markets."
