Recently, student Nguyễn Thị Quế from Saigontourist Hospitality College made a remarkable achievement, bringing home 1 Silver Medal and 1 Bronze Medal at the La Cuisine 2025 culinary competition held from November 12th to 15th, 2025, in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The competition took place within the grounds of the SIAL Interfood 2025 exhibition (JIExpo Kemayoran), gathering a large number of professional chefs from various countries competing across a series of categories.
La Cuisine 2025 provided an international "stage" where culinary talents had the opportunity to showcase their skills, creativity, and aesthetic sense. Categories ranged from main courses (Western-Asian dishes, main courses featuring meat, seafood, vegetarian dishes...) to side dishes and appetizers, and particularly included dedicated categories for desserts, pastries, mousses, gelato, chocolate, and more.

La Cuisine 2025 was a chance to connect with the international chef community, learn, network, broaden perspectives on global culinary trends, as well as refine professional skills and culinary artistry.
The achievement of student Nguyễn Thị Quế demonstrates impressive craftsmanship and creativity in each dish. Furthermore, this journey serves as a vivid testament to the serious learning spirit, the aspiration to excel, and the passion for the culinary profession at Saigontourist Hospitality College.

With its strengths in in-depth culinary skills training, international cuisine, and restaurant-hotel service, Saigontourist School is proud to be the training ground for generations of professional chefs and culinary experts, ready to shine on the international stage.
