Program name: Australia’s Certificate III in Culinary Arts (to get Blue Certificate)
Length of study: 4 months
The Certificate III in Culinary Arts is taught bilingually in English and Vietnamese at Saigontourist Hospitality College. It integrates theoretical (30%) and practical (70%) modules of Western Culinary. STHC is authorized by its Australian partners to organize the skills tests and give certification. While, the transferring and supervising partner of the program is JR Training Australasia, with Culinary Solutions Australia International – CSAI. CSAI being a Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 21322) and a leading provider of fully accredited RPL and skill assessment services to the hospitality industry in Australia and across the Asia-Pacific region.
