On March 7, 2026, the Final Round of the 13th Ho Chi Minh City-level “Skillful Hands” Technical Competition for the 2025-2026 academic year officially took place at the First Hotel and directly at Saigontourist Hospitality College. Co-organized by the HCMC Department of Education and Training and Saigontourist Group, the event created an opportunity for “young chefs” to showcase their talents and shape their future career development paths.
As a premier city-level technical competition held in Ho Chi Minh City – a pioneer in Vietnam for creating professional playgrounds for students passionate about the culinary and service fields – the program continues to affirm its crucial role in establishing a practical and methodical environment for career experience. With 339 contestants forming 113 teams from various areas across Ho Chi Minh City, each team delivered performances filled with dedication. The atmosphere became more vibrant than ever, marked by the contestants' intense focus and determination to conquer the highest positions.
