Recently, students from the Executive Chef Operations class CE2041 embarked on an industrial field trip to The Malibu Hotel and Victory Hotel in Vung Tau. There, they explored modern kitchen workflows, observed operational coordination and organization, and gained firsthand insight into professional industry standards within a premium hotel setting.

Beyond theoretical learning, students were immersed in real-world business operations – reinforcing their skills, expanding their perspectives, and fully preparing them to meet the demands of the hospitality and service industry.
