Bringing the Quintessence of Vietnamese Cuisine to the World - The Growth Journey of Saigontourist Hospitality College’ Students in Europe

Each day in Hungary, our students discover a new dish — from traditional pastries and soups to signature European stews. Every recipe tells a story of local ingredients, culture, and the people of this land.

What’s more special, this trip has also been an opportunity for Saigontourist students to become "Vietnamese cuisine ambassadors," guiding their Hungarian teachers and friends in cooking Pho Bo (beef noodle soup), Cha Gio (spring rolls), Bun Cha Hanoi, and other soulful Vietnamese dishes that won everyone’s hearts.

In a friendly learning environment, the hospitality and enthusiasm of Hungarian teachers and friends left a lasting impression on our delegation. The modern, approachable teaching methods, with a strong focus on using fresh ingredients to bring out natural sweetness, offered valuable experiences that students can apply back home in Vietnam.

Outside of class, the delegation also visited fortresses, museums, art exhibitions, and enjoyed rich cultural experiences, making the journey even more fulfilling.

This trip was a valuable opportunity for STHC’ students to improve their international communication skills and deepen their passion for the culinary arts. It also demonstrates the practical, real-world training quality of Saigontourist School, equipping students with confidence to integrate globally and shine in any environment.

Let’s follow and send encouragement to our STHC’ teachers and students on this memorable journey!
